Jun 1960: Changed name from the Korean Tang Soo Do Association to the Korean Soo Bahk go Association following the traditional name of Korean martial arts. The Korean government permitted the Soo Bahk Do Association formally. Moo Duk Kwan was joined to the Soo Bahk Do Association.
Jul 1960: All members of Kong Soo Do Ji Do Kwan joined to the Soo Bahk Do Association.
Oct 1960: Dispatched Tang Soo Do instructors to important: areas under the influence of the 8th U.S. Army.
May 1961: The Asian Tang Soo Do Federation Is organized by Korea, Japan and China. The first meeting gathered at the Soo Bahk Do office, Seoul, Korea.

Jun 1961: Established a Tang Soo Do class at Hong-Ik University.
Oct 1961: Moo Duk Kwan founded in Michigan, U.S.A. by Mr. Dale Drouilard, 4th dan.
Aug 1964: Moo Duk Kwan central gym was repaired.
Nov 1964: Established a Tang Soo Do class in Germany.
Dec 1964: Reorganization of members of the Korean Soo Bahk Do Association and registration with the government.
Jan 1965: Established branch gyms of Moo Duk Kwan in the U.S.A.
Mar 1965: Failed to unify the Soo Bahk Do Association and the Tae Kwon Do Association.
Apr 1965: Some members betray their confidence in the Moo Duk Kwan and join Tae Kwon Do.
May 1965: Permit of the Korean Soo Bahk Do Association was revoked by the Ministry of Education.
May 1965: Proposed an administrative lawsuit to the High Court at the same time the permit was revoked.
Aug 1965: Established a branch gym of Moo Duk Kwan in the Philippines with Mr. Casimiro A. Grandeza as president.

Aug 1968: Members of the Korean Soo Bahk Do Association are recognized by the government.
